CDBurnerXP is a free application to burn CDs and DVDs, including Blu-Ray and HD-DVDs. It also includes the feature to burn and create ISOs, as well as a multilanguage interface. Everyone, even companies, can use it for free. It does not include adware or similar malicious components. - DeepBurner Free Version
Currently, there are two versions of the program: DeepBurner Pro and DeepBurner Free. Both of these versions provide high quality CD/DVD burning for everyday and special needs. ImgBurn writes a variety of DVD and CD images (including ISO images) to your CD / DVD writer, and is able to handle things like booktype and bitsetting. The program is also able to erase and format rewritable media. Other features include the ability to create your own ISOs, with support for the various ISO levels, Joliet support, UDF, bootable CDs and DVDs, etc, from files and folders on your disk. K3b is a Linux CD/DVD writing software that allows you to burn DVD-R(W), DVD+R(W), CD-R, CD-RW, VCD 1.1, VCD 2.0, SVCD, audio CD, mixed-mode CD (with CD-Extra, CD-Plus, Enhanced Audio CD support), eMovix CD, eMovix DVD, etc. It is able to create bootable CDs and even supports multiple El-Torito boot images (that is a bootable CD that can boot multiple images or OSes). It can convert from MP3, FLAC, Ogg Vorbis and WAV files to create an audio CD. It also has CD-TEXT support (it automatically fills in tags in audio files). It has multisession support, is able to copy CDs and DVDs, rip CDs, write ISO images to CD/DVD, etc. - Express Burn

Burrrn is a little tool for creating audio CDs with CD-Text from various audio files.
Supported formats are: wav, mp3, mpc, ogg, aac, mp4, ape, flac, ofr, wv, tta, m3u, pls and fpl playlists and cue sheets. You can also burn EAC’s noncompliant image + cue sheets! Burrrn can read all types of tags from all these formats (including ape tags in mp3). Burrrn uses cdrdao.exe for burning. - Burnatonce
Burnatonce is a free CD mastering software that allows you to create data and audio disks. It can also handle DVD discs if you install a free but time-limited third-party software. The software supports multisession burning, bootable discs, ISO9660:1999, UDF, Joliet, East Asian characters (CJK), USB and Firewire drives, ISO, CUE and TOC images, converts MP3, MP2, WAV, Ogg and Flac files to audio CDs, supports ID3v1.1, ID3v2, Vorbis and APE tags, allows you to set the silence, pregap and postgap between audio tracks, etc. This is a Windows program. - CDBurnerXP Pro
CDBurnerXP Pro is a free CD/DVD burner that is able to write CD-R, CD-RW, DVD+R/RW, DVD-R/RW discs, creating either data or video discs. It can also create audio-CDs, rip audio-CDs, burn and create ISO images, convert WAV files to MP3 and vice versa, verify discs after burning, create bootable discs, print covers for your creation, convert BIN/NRG to ISO, etc. It supports Burn on the Fly and Burn-Proof hardware. It apparently works with most IDE, USB, Firewire and SCSI drives (or so the site says). This program requires the .NET framework to run. Supported systems include Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP and Vista. - Easy Burning (Windows) and EasyBurn Linux
Easy Burning (Windows) provides a pretty face to CDRTools (included in the package). It works on Windows 98, ME, 2000 and XP. It is integrated into the Windows shell. Among its features is the ability to write CDs and DVDs in the UDF format, along with the usual support for creating multisession data discs. EasyBurn Linux runs on Linux and allows you to burn a folder to a CD using its GUI. - ISO Recorder Power Toy
ISO Recorder Power Toy is an add-on for Windows XPs, which comes with rudimentary CD burning facilities out of the box. ISO Recorder adds the ability to copy CDs and create ISO images from your existing CDs. At the time this review is written, the software does not yet support XP SP2. There is also no support for video or audio CDs.
